Health and Safety and Construction Environment l Plan (CEMP)
Cynllun can complete the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulations. Cynllun can also complete the CEMP, which outlines the procedures that will be put in place to mitigate the environmental impact of a project. These are often required to be submitted as part of a planning pre-commencement condition before works are permitted to commence.
