Following the successful tender award projects invariably need to
navigate the remaining design stages through to contract award as detailed by the tender response. Cynllun can provide a holistic
approach to this process completing as much or as little as required, complimenting existing resource.
Governance Gateways
Cynllun can establish or follow existing established adjudication
processes and lead the project through the various gateways. Cynllun are also able to lead external client sign off processes as required to ensure the project successfully reaches contract award, navigating and funding/commercial businesses cases as needed.
Meetings and Workshops
Progress Meetings
Cynllun can chair weekly or monthly progress meetings both internal and external, managing and distributing actions accordingly to ensure the project remains on programme/budget.
Design Team Meetings and Risk Workshops
Cynllun can conduct design team meetings and Risk Workshops to
supplement progress meetings and general second stage progress managing and distributing actions accordingly to ensure the project remains on programme/budget as well as maintain projects risk register.
